I help organizations use tools and information to help their users and customers get jobs done that are important to them, in the channel of their choosing, by removing friction points that make It harder to do the easy stuff, and building capabilities to do the harder stuff. I am currently a product owner for an agile team focused on enabling cross-channel engagement journeys for the enterprise. Advocating for new tools, capabilities, and ways to monetize data and connect user journeys to deliver value to the business quickly. I am most energized when operating in cross-functional, matrixed teams to deliver successful results, and learning to operate on the edges. I enjoy navigating ambiguity and problem solving on the fly with my colleagues. I’m eager to learn new skills, understand different perspectives and help my colleagues succeed in their roles.
