I'm excited to lead the design and delivery of learning experiences for the first of its kind TA Associate Sourcer program, launching June 2022.

The TA Associate Sourcer program at Roblox is designed to last approximately 9-12 months and will provide new college graduates with the hands on experience to learn best-in-class sourcing and recruiting skills.

Upon completion of the program, Associate Sourcers will have the opportunity to move into a wide variety of roles within our talent acquisition team. 

The experience received in this launch year program will equip early talent professionals with the foundation they need for a rewarding, successful and sustainable career in Talent Acquisition.
