Anything tech Start-up to Scale-up and SaaS is my jam. I have been doing this tech start-up, SaaS for enterprise and b2b cloud thing for over 15 years now. I love it! I love the thrill of finding new ways to solve real-world problems with technology solutions. I love forming new relationships and building partnerships where the desire to deliver unquestionable value becomes the fabric of your existence. I am excited about delving into the market, experimenting with ideas, developing solutions, taking new solutions to the market, delivering them and demonstrating successful outcomes. I have experience doing and leading teams in Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Customer Success, Product Management and IT. Experience aside, everyday is a new opportunity to learn, think differently and become a better person. What am I most passionate about? - Enabling growth through customers - I believe that your current customers provide the best platform for success. If they are successful, then you will be successful. - Taking new products to market and building new / improving existing products with the market - Making other people successful - Team, colleagues, customers, friends - Personal development - Every conversation or interaction is an opportunity to learn something new, develop my knowledge, my emotional intelligence Who am I? I am a family man, super grateful husband and father of 3 beautiful girls. I love my family, they do and will always be my number one priority. I speak to my kids about one rule, it's dad's number one rule - "be nice". I am generally a very calm person. Sometimes shit happens, I believe how you respond to those moments can have a dramatic influence on the impact of the situation. I have a saying, "You can't change what is, you can change what now...". Stay calm, breathe, think, then act with good intentions. On top of that. I love getting outside, I am an OCR junkie (eg. Spartan, Tough Mudder) and love to explore new places and new things.
