There's a new billion-dollar #CCaaS business in the market! Not typically broken out separately in financial press releases, this week Amazon highlighted the fact that Amazon Connect grew to a $1 billion annualized revenue run rate business in recent weeks. An additional metric shared was that 12 billion minutes of customer interactions were handled by #AI in the last year - doubling from the 6B minutes announced at re:Invent 2024.
