Dean McKeown's Linkedin Analytics

As a Director of two innovative analytics programs at the Smith School of Business, I have been leading the design and delivery of a world-class curriculum that equips students with the skills and knowledge to thrive in the fast-changing field of AI. With over two decades of experience in academic administration, program management, and instructional technology, I hold a Master of Public Administration degree from Queen's University and a certification in data visualization from Lynda.com. I am driven by a passion for helping people achieve their academic and career aspirations, fostering strong collaborations between industry and academia, and supporting organizations with their digital transformation initiatives. I have co-created and directed several analytics programs at the Smith School of Business, including the Global and Blended Master of Management Analytics, and the Scotiabank Centre for Customer Analytics. I have also published several reports on data-driven problem-solving, AI ethics, and e-democracy. I enjoy working with the brightest students and the most innovative companies to create value and impact through analytics.
