The Scotiabank Centre for Customer Analytics supports research in the area of Management Analytics and Big Data.  A significant part of our mandate is building a network of analytics professionals in Canada and around the world.
Fostering a community of analytics professionals in Canada and around the world through a variety of conferences, challenges, seminars and talks.
Successfully run an International Innovation Challenge which involves students from around the world interested in business analytics.

I look after the Master of Management Analytics and provide insight on the use of data for business decision making,

Recruitment, admissions, academic journey, accreditation, manage the quality assurance process for the programs.

Manage Corporate Advisory Board and maintain excellent partnerships with a variety of companies.

Program budget management, student career support, special projects and corporate partnerships.

Associate Director, Masters Programs

Queen's University

Responsible for the integrity of the academic graduate programs within Queen's University.  Working with each department and faculty to ensure regulations and student success remain top priorities.  Allocation of research funding.  Maintain graduation lists, course enrollment, AODA requirements, manage the QUQAP quality assurance process at Queen's.  Oversee the new approvals and cyclical program reviews of  graduate programs in several faculties.  Electronic documents management and retention policies.  Meet with students to ensure they will be successful in their studies.  Maintain good relations with student groups and University administrators.  Oversaw the creation and implementation of the 3-Minute Thesis at Queen's.

Director, Office of the Vice Provost and Dean, School of Graduate Studies

Responsible for the management of an academic business unit within the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at Queen's University.  Budget management, undergraduate and graduate student recruitment, marketing, managing the Innovation Council, managing student initiatives such as the National Technology Youth Leadership Conference, COMPSA and the Queen's Graduate Computing Society.  Manage relationships with the Office of the Registrar, Faculty of Arts and Sciences and the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Sciences.

Manager, School of Computing

Managed the IT infrastructure for the School of Business including the development of plan to utilize computers in the classrooms and teaching faculty and students how to use technology effectively.  Introduced course websites and student program portals.  Encouraged the use of technology in all academic programs.

As a Director of two innovative analytics programs at the Smith School of Business, I have been leading the design and delivery of a world-class curriculum that equips students with the skills and knowledge to thrive in the fast-changing field of AI. With over two decades of experience in academic administration, program management, and instructional technology, I hold a Master of Public Administration degree from Queen's University and a certification in data visualization from Lynda.com.

I am driven by a passion for helping people achieve their academic and career aspirations, fostering strong collaborations between industry and academia, and supporting organizations with their digital transformation initiatives. I have co-created and directed several analytics programs at the Smith School of Business, including the Global and Blended Master of Management Analytics, and the Scotiabank Centre for Customer Analytics. I have also published several reports on data-driven problem-solving, AI ethics, and e-democracy. I enjoy working with the brightest students and the most innovative companies to create value and impact through analytics.
