I was responsible for the platform strategy, the Microsoft relationship, the recruitment and onboarding of new partners and carriers, and the customer onboarding and retention. During my tenure, SIPPIO grew 480% in active SaaS subscribers, built a pipeline of over 500K seats, and achieved a churn rate of .001%. I also have extensive experience in leading collaboration and contact center sales teams, over achieving orders and revenue targets consistently. I have led teams of over 25 people and had P&L responsibility in previous roles.
