People know me as an analytical, creative and energetic driver of digital transformations and a data-driven way of working. I enjoy helping organizations determining a relevant data driven strategy and leading execution. Based on my experience I know that a successful transformation is based on building the right infrastructure combined with an adequate culture: ‘without motivated people, no change’. I love to coach ‘analytics’ people and help them to increase their impact. For me, it is always a joy to make complex matters understandable and bring inspiration and energy to help organizations actually realize change.
