-- Developed easy formats for reporting near misses through which 45 near misses were reported from 2016-17. Introduced documentation for Organizational learning through recording problem solved papers by Area Engineers in Alumina Refinery.

--Maintenance of EOT cranes and EWR hoists.
--Odisha F&B Inspectorate recognized Competent Person for testing & examination of EOT Cranes up to 25MT capacity& Mobile Cranes up to 130MT capacity and Pressure Vessels up to 20cu.m volume and 10Ksc working pressures, in NALCO Alumina Refinery.
