Lead Account Engineer

As an integral member of the team  I'm responsible for:
1. Performing service and breakdown work on all Tetra Pak supplied equipment;
2.Recording and following up recommended and outstanding work to be performed;
3. Providing advice and input at maintenance and planning meetings;
4. Monitoring machine efficiencies and performance;
5. Preparing Technical Assistance Reports;
6. Ensuring maintenance schedules are adhered to;
7. Participating in root cause analysis and improvement projects as required.
8. Do installation & commissioning of all Tetra Pak supplied equipment.

Field Service Engineer

Huawei Technologies

1. Installation & commissioning of new Power system(DC), UPS, Solar system or any other system provided by Huawei.
2. Remote support for any kind of DC Power system (small) implementation & commissioning in the BTS site.
3. On site support for any kind of DC Power system (Big) implementation & commissioning in the Core site.
4. On site support for any kind of UPS (Big) implementation & commissioning in the Core site.
5. Remote support for any kind of problem arises in the live Power system to solve the problem and for any critical issue go for the on site support & solve the problem immediately.
6.If any maintenance issue beyond my scope then contact with expert in HQ in the R&D team & slove the problem with their remote support.

Power Engineer

Mobiserve Holding

1. Working in Surveying, Installation and Commissioning & Testing of BTS & MW link under the supervision of Alcatel (BD) Ltd.  
2. Working in Surveying, Installation and Commissioning & Testing of Ditech Networks in VQA & QVP project,        
Commissioning, SwissQual testing, GL voice capturing & attending cutovers in the MSC(‘s) for Banglalink.
3.Planning & designing of BTS Electrical wiring & Equipments.
4.Installation of all Electrical Equipments at BTS site. 
5.Verify different parameters & equipments (AVR, Rectifier, MDB, Battery, AC, Alarm System, Alternative Power Source,BTS & MW link etc.)
6.Working in Bangladesh with Lucent technology for the voice     compression device..Installation, Commissioning & testing of this equipment.
7.Check the Battery, Rectifier,AVR, AC, BTS & MW link, if everything is ok or not. If not ok then take necessary action
        to solve these things.

Site Engineer (Electrical)

Experienced Field Services Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the packaging industry. Skilled in Preventive and corrective maintenance, Root Cause Analysis, Continuous Improvement, and Power Systems. Strong information technology professional with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) focused in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology.
