Worked my way up at Health Care company primarily as a Java developer. Progressing on my team has allowed me to gain a plethora of experience developing automated business processes in a IT environment. My primary strength is problem solving, I am really driven to solve problems of all shapes and sizes. I also enjoy learning new tools and technologies, which has always been a passion. I've worked in a variety of project-types including major transformation projects, run the buisiness, and production support. I've always positioned myself in a way where I can learn as much as possible and be as productive as possible. I understand that all deliverables have to have a manageable balance of quality and timeliness. I also try to learn tools that make my life easier. (for example GIT for source control, and Jenkins for build management). Also I have championed test-driven development throughout my career as well. I feel that this can reduce QA time considerably.
