I am currently a Senior Manager, Demand Generation at Compt where I manage demand generation tactics and strategies, including Hubspot integrations and building out lead strategy. My role includes MQL sequence management and planning, lead generation strategy and experimentation, some copy creation, lead scoring and nurturing, as well as tactic development and providing our sales teams with the assets (and leads!) to be successful. My journey to my current role started in 2016 when I began working at an advertising and marketing agency as a public relations account executive. My knack for marketing quickly set in as I managed client’s marketing and advertising needs through copywriting, paid and earned media, and campaign creation. After a few years of agency work, I took over a marketing team lead position with Perks Worldwide in 2019. Perks Worldwide offered me the opportunity to build onto my public relations marketing experience by layering it with the management of campaign development, implementation, monitoring and measurement, paid and organic media, content syndication and demand (lead) generation. This is where I gained certifications in Google Adwords, Hubspot CRM Academy training, and security. My tactic development toolkit includes landing page creation, banner creation, form and workflow creation, lead scoring and conversions, and the ability to measure all the above. As a goal-driven employee, I thrive on the fact that I am able to make data-driven decisions from the campaigns I create and continually work to improve on those tactics in order to better serve our community of clients, potential clients and alliance partners. I enjoy working with a collaborative and communicative team where conflicts can be professionally and empathetically resolved, and we can work as one to meet company-specified objectives and key results. My hobbies include: VP of Board of Directors, Central Arkansas Rescue Effort, Cooking, and any outside activities like road cycling, hiking or canoeing.
