Reporting to the COO, responsible for managing teams for the staffing and delivery of large enterprise solutions. 

Restructured the org to facilitate a Practice Management structure improving org collaboration.

Acting Director of Practice Management responsible for managing practice managers with the formation of technical solutions & supporting content including the creation of an interactive portal for client/solution qualification questions, as well as blog posts, white papers, use cases, & seminar presentations.

Drove improvements within recruitment and onboarding resulting in reductions of 39% for Speed to Fill, 38% reduction in Number of Interviews per Placement, and 50% decrease in time of Offer Decision to Candidate Acceptance and Start. 

Delivered multiple initiatives including a company website revamp and migration, resource LinkedIn messaging uniformity, and the creation of a companywide skills matrix leveraged when taking on new RFPs or SOWs.

Created an incentive program focused on facilitating organic revenue growth and lead generation culminating in additional revenues of $2.5 Million with pipeline of $6 Million and growing.

Utilized a multi-prong approach to improve retention through better top-down corporate communication, career planning, incentive programs, spot bonuses, education allowances, and certifications.
