Seeing a positive difference in the personal and professional lives of my coachees has been fulfilling and it is the driving factor that sparks me to offer more. With more than a decade of experience as a certified Leadership coach and Facilitator, I have coached several individuals and groups. As a Leadership and Life Coach, I enable leaders to become more self-aware and confident, face challenges, explore limitless possibilities and create independent support processes and structures. I coach them to tap into their full potential and celebrate who they are to live a fulfilled joyful life, while prioritizing and balancing their goals. I also enable them to build long lasting relationships and achieve long term goals and results. Balance is important to me and the mantra that governs my life is ‘Head in the clouds and Feet on the ground’ – flying high and yet very grounded. This reflects in my coaching / facilitating style too, where I am empathetic and support my clients, yet challenge them to go beyond their self- imposed boundaries and inhibitions. I also believe that Personal Leadership and working on oneself is very important and leading others successfully emerges from leading self. According to me, life is all about new discoveries and continuous improvement. My discovery of Mandala Art started as a hobby and then grew into a passion. Today it has become a means of Self Awareness and Self Expression. As I continue to learn more about Mandalas, I also offer self-exploration sessions based on Mandalas. As a group facilitator, the value I bring in: • Engaging the audience with the right amount of ‘Fun’ energy as well as ‘Reflective/ Action’ energy as required • Learner centric experiential approach I have more than two decades of industry experience with various blue-chip organisations across several industries.
