Finance Manager

Financial Analyst -Financial Planning & Analysis:

•	Lead and supervise Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly book closing activities and enforce proper financial accounting methods.
•	Finalization of monthly financial reports and perform financial analysis on budget vs actual and close financial dashboard on 2nd of every month in SAP. 
•	Follow up with Business for revenue rolling forecast and Prepare P&L, BS and Cash flow rolling forecast for next 12 month.
•	Prepare Annual Budget and Quarterly Forecasts while ensuring the assumptions used are aligned with Group’s growth policy.
•	Coordinate with business for strategic plan roll out for next three-year including Revenue Plan, Procurement Plan, Headcount Planning, P&L, BS and Cash flow requirement 
•	Supporting to business for cost benefit analysis to implement various sales & marketing incentive scheme to get higher sales volume like festival discount , free spare parts on selective vehicle , free vehicle maintenance from1 year to 3 year , MOU with bank to get best interest rate for customer  
•	Preparing various MIS Reports including Sales & gross margin reports, , Branch wise sales analysis & profitability , Lease rental income schedule , Borrowing & repayment schedule 
•	Balance sheet substantiation, GL Scrutiny, and financial analysis of each GL.
•	Review Trial balance regularly to ensure that accurate and complete financial records are being maintained.
•	Review and analysis accruals and provisions on monthly basis.
•	Review of Intercompany outstanding balances and guide to branch accountant to clear outstanding balances
•	Conduct physical verification of fixed assets across branch on quarterly basis and report for any adverse variance to management 
•	Review of slow & nonmoving inventory and inform to business team for liquidation plan 
•	Ensure compliance with IFRS requirement resulting from introduction/revision of accounting standards.
