Driven by a profound love for marketing and 15 years of professional experience. I have had the privilege of working across diverse industries, including education, beauty, advertising, retail, construction, and mental health. Beside marketing jobscope, I used to be a motivational speaker and trainer during my corporate life, where I utilized my skills to create impactful culture change within organizations. With a strong background in marketing and leadership, I am now dedicated to transforming workplace cultures and promoting mental well-being. My passion for mental health emerged from personal experience with severe mental health issues in 2016. This experience ignited a deep commitment to mental health advocacy, helping others achieve their best while maintaining mental well-being. Determined to make a difference, I pursued a Master’s Degree in International Marketing Strategy in the UK, graduating with Distinction despite been dignosed Dyslexia & Mental Health issues. This achievement not only enhanced my marketing skills but also exposed me to the UK’s mental healthcare system, enriching my understanding and commitment to mental health. My dissertation, “An Evaluation of the Role of Social Media in Raising Awareness of Mental Health Issues in Malaysia and the UK,” received an "A" grade and has attracted interest from academia for potential publication by the end of 2024. This recognition underscores my dedication to using marketing strategies to promote mental illness awareness in Malaysia. My areas of expertise include creativity, public speaking, and leadership. I am committed to inspiring teams through engaging talks on motivation, team spirit, and mental health with performance excellence . I have successfully led projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement and fostering cultural change within organizations.
