 - Crafted all new sales training curriculum for new hires and for sales roles beyond entry-level, leveraging ROI, value-based selling call structures, and instituted sales methodology and value-based sales processes (MEDDIC, Gap selling)
 - Archibus & Serraview merger (2019), SpaceIQ merger (May 2020), iOffice merger (August 2021) – owned change management within the MM sales organization
