Managing day to day operations of two teams within the Leasing Operations - Tower Tenant Support department. 

The Site Optimization, Assessment, and Readiness team focuses on creating a partnership with our Commercial Sales team to ensure data is easily accessible and digestible for market level conversations. I manage (4) direct report employees on this team. 

The Process Improvement & Automation team is focused on updating, streamlining, and improving processes as well as identifying automation solutions to resolve systemic issues. As part of this team, I oversee the development and release of MS Power Applications, MS Power Automate (Flows), and UiPath RPAs. This team is also responsible for partnering with the Data & Digital (IT) team and Center of Automation to monitor, troubleshoot, and collaborate on RPA ideas. I manage (1) direct report employee on this team.

Supervisor, Real Estate

Responsible for overall day to day management of 200+ active applications —averaging $1.5M of service revenue per quarter. Assist with on boarding and training of new project managers and associate project managers. Maintain and build meaningful relationships with interdepartmental groups. Provide superior customer service while becoming customer obsessed. Management of (1) direct report employee.

Assisted district project manager with daily responsibilities. Managed microwave projects for local market. Established more efficient lines of communication between internal partners.

Associate Project Manager

Acted as a liaison between area functional groups and corporate partners. Responsible for driving consistency across West Area project coordinators. Curated material and created a project coordinator training manual. Trained all west are project coordinators including new hires and legacy team members. Indirectly managed 30+ individual contributors. Participated in process improvement initiatives.
