I have a passion for solving problems and helping my clients find ease within their everyday processes to maximise their potential.

I find escape in Yoga and Pilates and enjoy nourishing my body with good nutrient dense food, always trying to find new ways to add interest to our everyday eating. 
Keeping me busy outside of work are my dogs, chickens and rescue parrot, which I keep alive and happy with the help of my very supportive and loving husband.
