A driven CPA with a passion for client service and specializing in serving nonprofits, my strengths lie in my ability to break down and communicate complex technical accounting issues into understandable information, and to provide deep and insightful information to my clients that goes beyond basic financial services, in a hands-on and impactful way, as a result of my diverse experience with organizations of varying sizes and missions. My experience with nonprofit organizations is diverse, and includes religious organizations, membership organizations, educational institutions, arts/cultural institutions, social service organizations, low-cost healthcare clinics (FQHCs), nonprofit radio stations, foundations, quasi-governmentals, employee benefit plans, and hybrid nonprofits. I also bring extensive experience in auditing and consulting with organizations receiving federal funds and subject to Government Auditing Standards. My focus is to provide my clients with deep and innovative solutions culled from years of in-depth nonprofit experience, and to collaborate with my community through volunteer work and speaking engagements.
