Today, I'm focusing on making the BBC an irresistible place to work. Outside of my 9-5, I turn HR Professionals and People & Culture enthusiasts into Experience Designers. As a UXer turned PXer, I believe that for people functions to become truly people-centric and agile, they need to shed the limiting perception associated with 'HR' and become a strategic partner to the business by adopting a product-led approach to their work. I speak at industry events, and offer facilitation, coaching, and training to support you in transforming your approach to employee experience.
