Be Well. There is nothing more important. What is wellness, anyway? It seems to be the biggest buzzword going recently. And why is a financial services industry operations and people leader talking about wellness? Because I've seen cultures, teams and people thrive in environments of holistic wellness and care, and I've seen them die in environments where wellness isn't valued. So, my mission has become to help teams define what wellness means to them and understand how it can positively affect their day-to-day lives and the lives of the clients and team members they work with. When we start to recognize each other as human, and connect on that level, we can build relationships and organizations that can solve any problem and influence communities and the world in a meaningful way. I am proud and honored to work with business owners and their teams on business development, strategic planning, operational design and growth, and journey with them to discover their organizational priorities and power through the wellness lens.
