Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency

Serves as a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) administrator, and Agency Security Officer (ASO), to 2,500+ personnel, and as a ServiceNow test lead. Provides account, system access management, and support for 9 HRIS. 

▪ Facilitates meetings with internal and external stakeholders; strategizes process improvement on programs, while strategically mapping programs to integrate with ServiceNow.
▪ Conducts unit testing of new systems, while training the Human Capital Office on SN functionality.
▪ Works project stories in JIRA from start to completion.
▪ Applies and enhances information and data integrity to support the agency’s strategic goals, audit findings, analytical needs, taskings, and overall performance of the HR enterprise systems.
