It started with a dance class...then the Tippi Toes company...then franchising that company...then getting on Shark Tank...then speaking about my story to help audiences unleash their superpowers. As a work-from-home mom to three young kids, I can relate to so many who are juggling it all. Throughout my day I move from video calls to tying shoes back to a conference call and 10 years of that has provided me empathy, flexibility, and appreciation for all of those doing the same thing.
