-Worked alongside the rest of the Ecommerce team to meet daily publishing targets and overcome any challenges, whilst also working independently.

The University of Manchester

-Presented the UoM ‘Lockdown Lectures’ series in which I interviewed some of Manchester’s most acclaimed researchers, including Professor Brian Cox, David Olusoga OBE, Dame Nancy Rothwell, and many more.

-Produced regular, timely and useful content for current and prospective students for the Student Marketing and Communications Department in partnership with Contact Theatre.

-This content was often  published on the Student News site, and often shared on newsletters and by central social media accounts at the University.

-Formats ranged from opinion pieces, advice pieces, listicles, and reflections on personal experience. Also included hosting ‘Instagram takeovers’ on the University’s Instagram page. This involved creating content such as virtual campus tours, live videos and Q&As with the audience.

Content Ambassador

-Worked on a wellbeing campaign linked to the University’s final way to wellbeing Learn and Discover. Created social media graphics, video content, and articles as a part of the campaign.

-Worked as a team on the Clearing campaign which took place on A Level Results Day and the following day. As a part of this, I co-hosted a Q&A via Instagram story which generated 39,000 impressions, and 102 questions from new students.

-Co-project managed the Welcome campaign which involved the planning and creation of content for returning students and new students over the first three weeks of the new academic year.

-Gathered feedback from students about their student experience and course to inform the relevant staff of areas for improvement. 

-Some of the feedback gathered was particularly influential in the merging of the School of Social Sciences and School of Law.

-Worked as a team with fellow student representatives across all years of study to reach a consensus on key areas for improvement.
