I love to hit the digital “refresh” button on antiquated products, processes, and strategies. What does this mean exactly? All my passion, energy, and bad jokes go into making things bigger, better, faster, stronger (*cue the Daft Punk song for effect*). That’s the change I’m talking about, and love making happen. Businesses are growing at exponential rates today. Businesses continuously need a person to lead the charge on product management and change management strategies in digital transformation initiatives. I’m that person. What role do I fit into the schema of things? A digital changemaker, a B2B product (or process or people) leader, a transformation strategist, the list goes on.
