	Root Cause Analysis for the breakdowns – Why-Why Analysis, WWBLA, 4M Analysis
	Worked on board preparation/presentation during TPM audits to display the improvements.
	Prepared the training material and schedule for Electrical team depending upon the Skill Matrix.
	JH – (Maintaining the machine at basic condition by frequent inspections)Learnt and Practiced JH of the equipment Safety of machines; Initial conditions (Tagging & De tagging Activities); Countermeasures for arresting leakages/cable dressing; Inspection schedule.
