Key Responsibilities:
▪Responsible for creating, enhancing and managing business intelligence and analytics solutions/systems that turn data into knowledge in order to assist business decisions and reporting.
▪Build reports that effectively present, aggregate and visualize data
▪Identify source data, source systems and data mapping required to deliver BI solutions and Analytics
▪Running reports from existing databases
▪Identify data needs within the organization and for our customers with an understanding of their key metrics
▪Recommend strategies to improve performance based on Analytics and reporting created
▪Creating/ Prepping campaigns data based on strategy and monitoring the benefit impact and ROI
▪Provide required information to relevant parties to facilitate decision making
▪Monitoring the success Campaigns, processes and new business initiatives.
▪From a customer service perspective, my inbound experience extends to, however not limited to customer service, customer experience, inbound billing, and new customer acquisition.
▪From an outbound perspective, outbound sales, outbound customer services, pre legal collections, fraud, debtors admin and control.

Analytics Advisory Analyst

Manage and execute general accounting processes, including management and or execution of core financial processes
 Reconciling of Supplier accounts and resolving supplier queries
 Working closely with client merchants to resolve supplier queries
 Query management and resolution updated on Remedy systems
 Compiling and distributing monthly & weekly reporting ( Supplier Risk analysis; Debit Balances; Stock adjustments)
 Financial year end processes
 Management of debit balances, Recoveries & General Ledger
 Processing of journals to general ledger, month end close
 Recommend effective fund recovery measures
 Roles includes team supervision and counselling
 Assistant to supervisor in managing team on daily tasks
 Resolution of complex supplier issues, risk mitigation
 Planning, internal and external client relationship management
 Vendor Management duties included updating of supplier data
 Payments duties included disbursements of both weekly and monthly supplier settlements and cash flow utilization.
 Daily cash settlement authorization of payments on Oracle & Online banking
 Preparation of monthly supplier dashboards and presentations for client meetings
 Completed Operational and Business Excellence training – Focus on Six Sigma Lean concept
