-Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective international patients interested in traveling to Turkey for medical procedures
-Respond to patient enquiries by email, phone or instant messaging and quote medical tourism packages with treatment plans in liaison with surgeons
-Provide information on medical procedures, qualifications of surgeons, credentials of clinics/hospitals and promote the benefits of arranging medical travel with Longevita
-Arrange phone/video consultation appointments with doctors and assist patients with the interpretation/translation during consultations
-Perform regular follow-ups and price negotiations to convert leads into sales

Sales Consultant

Respond to enquiries of prospective international patients.
Provide brief information on medical procedures and price range.
Perform regular follow-ups to convert leads into business potentials.
Making outbound calls.
Answering inbound calls. 
Scheduling meetings with salesperson's.

-Attending medical appointments with patients during consultation, procedure, discharge, check-up events.
-Providing translation from English to Turkish and Turkish to English, verbal and written.
-Stating cross-selling, up-selling, patient referral opportunities where possible and collaborate with the sales team for execution.
-Contribute to the patient loyalty program by constructing a portfolio of satisfied treated patients, retaining relationships and winning their referrals.
-Maintaining regular dialogue with patients prior to arrival, while they are in Turkey and after they go back to their home countries.

Customer Relationship Specialist

Taksim Sopha Hostel

Planning  the weekly and daily shedule of incomings. 
Orgazining the daily and monthly schedules of emplooyes.

Contributions: 
-Changed the main reservation system of the hostel by creating new draft from Microsoft Excel.
-The rating point of the Hostel went up from 8.1 to 8.7 as well as feedbacks were implemented.
