Director of Enterprise Sales

As a Key Account Manager at eZee, I deal with key clients and partners of the company. My roles and responsibilities include:

1. Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
2. Resolving key client issues and complaints
3. Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
4. Anticipating key account changes and improvements
5. Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
6. Strategic planning to improve client results and establishing timeline of performance
7. Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met
8. Collaborating with sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
9. Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
10. Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management
11. Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients

Key Account Manager

My responsibilities as the Director of Global Sales at eZee included:

1. Determining gross-profit plans annually by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
2. Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
3. Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
4. Maintaining sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
5. Establishing and adjusting selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
6. Completing sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
7. Maintaining sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
8. Maintaining sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

11. Supervising Onsite and Inside sales.
12. Travelling at customer locations and workshops for presentations and meetings. 
13.  Being a point of contact for clients and leads to nurture them from time to time.

Software support at eZee takes care of clients' queries and problems in eZee products and providing them the best solution, thus ensuring ultimate customer satisfaction. My responsibilities as the Head of Software Support at eZee Technosys included:

1. Overseeing software support and product training teams. 
2. Establishing and maintaining relationships with software development and sales teams. 
3. Providing advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve technical problems. 
4. Researches, reports and corrects any quality assurance issues. 
5. Gaining extensive knowledge of department processes. 
6. Streamlining and enhancing email, chat and phone support and product training. 
7. Visiting client's location to help them with onsite implementation.
8. Supervising client on-boarding and online implementation.

eZee develops and offers end-to-end hotel and restaurant management solutions for the hospitality industry worldwide. My roles and responsibilities included:

1. Interacting, studying, understanding and mapping the requirement of the client to the application.
2. Updating project status to concerned persons.

5. Client specific software testing.
6. Interacting with core team members, end users & other team members
7. Performing other related duties as assigned by respective managers
