I am responsible for developing and executing a cohesive learning strategy that drives capabilities and efficiencies for the Commercial organisation. 

Leading the design, development, and delivery of engaging learning programs in areas such as on-boarding, sales effectiveness, skill methodology, coaching and mentoring programs.  

Ensuring new and existing talent have the tools, training, and mastery needed to perform at their highest potential and prepare for future roles within the organisation. 

Supporting the leadership team as well as other functional groups to drive effectiveness across all geographic regions.
