My name is Melanie, and I am the Founder & CEO of The Email Marketers. We help 8-figure DTC brands make more money and build a strong community through retention marketing: Email, SMS, direct mail, subscriptions, memberships, loyalty programs, and more. We do this by: 1. Functioning as your full outsourced retention marketing department 2. Developing your in-house retention marketing department I started The Email Marketers because I felt the agency world was fundamentally broken. I swore I would never start an agency. But life is funny like that because after freelancing for a few months, quickly growing to a size that I alone could not fulfill anymore, I had accidentally started an agency. But I wanted to do it differently. Now, I run The Email Marketers to show that agency partners can actually care about you. That's why we relentlessly strive to provide our brands with a wow-experience. Our vision: To be the Ogilvy of email and SMS marketing. Before I started The Email Marketers, I was the Head of Email Marketing for one of LA's fastest-growing agencies and the first marketing hire for Apt2B (acquired), as well as a marketing consultant for conglomerate brands such as Mercedes-Benz and SMART before that. I have experience working with global brands and start-ups in the e-commerce, B2B, SaaS automotive, beverage, skincare, retail, clothing, consumer electronics space & more.
