I am an Applied Psychologist specialized in equity and inclusion, anti-bias, and humane education. I have over a decade of social science research practice behind me, in addition to overseeing research teams and projects, focused on helping organizations build better initiatives, programs, processes and policies. I have a wealth of experience conducting qualitative, quantitative, mixed-method research for a variety of institutions (non-profit, charities, research firms, businesses, ministries, universities). Expertise in research, education, and consulting work with an intersectional anti-oppressive lens. My lived experience and creative streak make the data come to life through stories and art.
