Designing consumer experiences for IQOS boutiques in Switzerland, including new omnichannel services, premium/VIP experiences, sensory retail activations and local traffic generating campaigns.

 Head of Brand Retail Experience

Led team of 6 design thinkers in guiding the consumer-centric commercialisation of IQOS. Achieved 33% decrease in product abandonment and 8% increase in new user full conversion by developing and implementing new user on-boarding and retention program. This was achieved through +140 empathy interviews, +85 different iterative prototypes and cross-functional team.

Head of Consumer Journey & Incubation

Led team of 10 digital marketeers in expanding digital channel ecosystem from email and brand website to programatic ads, native paid media, Facebook, SEO, mobile app, SMS, dedicated lead generation microsites and influencer activation.

Head of Digital & Omnichannel

Led team of 3 young marketers in implementing omnichannel collaboration processes and agile ways of working to advance the business transformation of Philip Morris Switzerland. Facilitated agile project management (incl. scrum) and rapid prototyping through MVP pilot developments.

Lead RRP Omnichannel Commercialization 

Developed digital strategy to enable successful launch of IQOS within the Swiss market and implemented digital handholding and support programs to retain newly acquired consumers.

Reduced Risk Products Digital Strategy Supervisor 

HQ role, specialized in creating new consumer engagement platforms (i.e. mobile apps) and advancing digital marketing capabilities (i.e. CRM strategy and email optimizations) across markets including Japan and UAE.

Development of a social business integration model for the UK telecommunication industry, with objective of measuring and improving social loyalty initiatives, in order to support Everis’s ‘Social Business’ unit.  Position as part of MSc Strategic Marketing final project, and earned grade A.

Leader of SIFE  ISTANdup project aiming to teach disabled youth of a specialized school in Istanbul product development skills in order to acquire independent source of income. Teach special needs faculty product development and basic marketing skills to facilitate brand awareness and sale of produced items.

Managing the marketing promotional tools of SIFE Royal Holloway, an organization creating charitable projects around the world to  economically, socially and environmentally empower people in need through the transfer of business skills.
