Proudly displaying 17 years’ experience as a practiced and successful senior leader in adult education, work-based learning and further education. Experience to include: using government funding and apprenticeships to develop employees to support succession planning, upskilling and to aid business improvements. Supporting the training and development of a varied workforce and skillsets for a diverse range of employers, both bespoke and accredited provisions. Divisions of experience within further education include Apprenticeships, Skills for the Workforce, Skills for Redundancy and Skills for the Unemployed. Supporting work based training as well as pre-employment training linked to recruitment and skills shortages. Ensuring maximizing opportunities, supporting growth and generating funding for employers. In addition, workring in partnerships with strategic accreditations, working with awarding bodies, end point assessment organisation’s and external stakeholders such as primes and governing bodies. I also have strengths in supporting bidding for funding, onboarding new contracts, project management, due diligence, self-assessment and quality improvement.
