Successfully co-designed, launched, and operated readySHOPS, a HRO performance management service for the hospitality industry, as a subsidiary of Hospitality Softnet, Inc.  Supported hotel partners as an organizational development consultant, providing HRM tools for talent development.  Created custom programs based on client's unique needs. Implementation and oversight of all performance management programs.  Daily operations leadership, recruitment and selection, employee onboarding and training, continuous improvement training, revenue management, account management, sales and marketing, provided both virtual and in-person client sales training.

Design Consultant

Provided HR support for the Patient Account Services Center (approx. 1,200 employees onsite).  Helped with local employee engagement, service awards and community events.  Supported implementation of department employee action plans. Managed hiring processes by posting jobs, conducting/organizing onsite interviews, and updated job descriptions.  Converted the PAS from paper to HRIS applications. Managed ATS system. Coordinated and delivered new hire orientation as part of the onboarding process for over 1,000 people (during a 12-month period).
Provided program support to compliance initiatives by gathering information in preparation for audits.

Telecommunications sales and service for MGM conventions, trade shows, special events and property operations.  Monitored and reported daily, monthly and annual revenue.  Provided customer service and technical support for hotel guests (over 5,000 guest rooms and the Mansion), the Grand Garden Arena and the Conference Center (over 850,000 square feet).  Managed trouble tickets, tech scheduling, and guest orders (hotel, special events, trade shows, conferences).  Completed payment processing and billing for all voice and data services at the property.  Recipient of the Gold Key Customer Service award.  Selected by MGM leadership for the 2002 Champions Program.

Telecommunications Coordinator

Screened applications, conducted daily applicant interviews and completed ratings.  Updated daily job postings.  Directed weekly group interviews "auditions" in the Grand Theater.
