I’m deeply committed to justice, equal opportunity, and the eradication of poverty, and I’ve found my calling within the nonprofit sector. This field allows me to channel my creativity, innovate solutions, and work to empower communities. In my approach to leadership, authenticity and inspiration from radical candor guide my journey. The continuous battle against my inner perfectionist is a part of my growth process. Outside of work, I appreciate life’s simple joys – reading, sharing meals with family and friends, and not to mention the vibrant colors of autumn. Drumming, even though I’m no expert, often serves as my somewhat loud stress-relief (a fitting contrast to my naturally quiet and observant nature). Je crois que le fait d’avoir grandi dans un foyer bilingue (anglais/français) a développé mon empathie, mon sens de l’écoute, et mes compétences en négociation.
