I believe that user-driven decisions drive the best technical, end-user, and business outcomes across the stack and the organization. Product led growth (PLG) is critical (even for B2B!) The product itself should drive user acquisition, expansion, conversion, and retention. PLG creates company-wide alignment around the product as the largest source of sustainable, scalable business growth. I like to move quickly and iteratively and learn primarily by "doing" the 20% of work that will deliver 80% of success. Let's gather data through small experiments and agile implementation to provide and build on value regularly. I enjoy fostering animals, glass-blowing, taking photos, playing instruments, and mentoring others in my free time.
