We put in the right structures and people processes to deliver on today's requirements and prepare for tomorrow's growth requirements. We start with creating or refreshing a people strategy, which simply means that we figure out how to achieve your business strategy through people. And, since people are responsible for creating, developing, selling, delivering, and servicing what you offer, that's critical to have. It may not feel challenging when you have just a few people on your team. Still, as you grow past 5 or 10 employees, the complexity builds because everyone may not be in every meeting together, or all of the ways of working aren't the same anymore. When you intentionally select people for your team and have put in systems that facilitate clear expectations, consistent communications, and high performance, it makes your job as the leader easier. If your goal is to hire people excited to work for your organization, who come to work and accomplish amazing feats, believe that they can grow and thrive, and feel like their work is part of living their best life, I want to partner with you to make it happen. I spent most of my career in large technology organizations focused on helping leaders create and run high-performing teams through targeted people strategies. I know the key is how the leader shows up and enables their team to be successful. I partner with my clients as a strategic advisor, coach, sounding board, mirror, and sometimes a mentor as they do the challenging work of leading themselves and their organizations. Words that people use to describe me include dedicated, insightful, inquisitive, compassionate, and fierce (I can be passionate!).
