I love to solve problems for customers and people. My experience is rich in the technology industry, having worked long stints at JD Edwards/Oracle, Monster Worldwide, and LinkedIn in a variety of roles in sales, consulting, customer success, client adoption, and leadership. My early career afforded me a strong foundation in consulting and product where I found my love for client-facing work and achieving greatness in collaborative environments. I've worked in a series of progressive roles during the evolution of the digital transformation of the Talent Acquisition industry. I've helped some of the world's largest, most complex enterprise-level organizations to solve critical business problems through talent attraction, DE&I, employer branding, candidate lead gen marketing, and business strategy in leadership and as an individual contributor. Today I'm with LinkedIn Marketing Solutions supporting a rapidly evolving B2C and B2B landscape with Large Enterprise clients in Higher Education, Government, Economic Development, and a mix of growing industries. When I'm not working, you'll catch me enjoying a sunny powder day, hanging out with my family, playing with my dogs, or taking in a good book.
