Trainings signed and delivered to more than 5 major companies

Marketing manager on training programs

Samsung Electronics

>> Initiate and deploy the Marketing Automation strategy with Eloqua & Salesforce (B2B).

Objectives: Budget 50k 
> Create the marketing automation strategy and configure the tool to setup the campaigns 
> Internal evangelism: train the B2B department employees (150 people), create processes, briefing and reporting tools 
> Campaigns set up: lead generation campaigns, audience targeting and personas, customer funnels and lead nurturing, content creation (with the agency Invox)
> Partners programs: events, trainings, newsletters, webinars, ...

Results: 
> Tool adoption by the entire B2B division (sales and marketing alignment) and in the other Samsung subsidiaries
> Increase in the number of leads generated by the marketing (+ 70%) and increase in the leads conversion rate (+ 60%)
> Partners NPS rate increased (30% to 80%)
> Awards: Samsung France rewarded by many innovation prizes (Markies, Oracle Award)

Marketing Automation manager

Microsoft

>> Pilot the CRM strategy (B2B).

Objectives: 
> Database cleaning : pilot the Microsoft databases qualification and merging 
> CRM campaigns: set up relational funnels, loyalty programs, and predictive campaigns, facilitate the cross canal customer experience
> Internal evangelism: be involved in the different marketing plans and approve the clients campaigns, create and automate the internal processes and tools,  train internally on the CRM best practices and become an advisor

Results: 
> Customer knowledge improved thru the merging and qualification of 92% of the Microsoft database 
> Loyalty programs: windows insider program, ambassadors program, certified partners program, …
> The CRM team became a real advisor and consultant for the marketing plans

CRM and Digital manager

>> Create an office in Beirut to handle the Microsoft websites management (B2B, B2C).

Objectives: 
> Implement and monitor the activity: develop the roadmap, the process, test and iterate the business model, define the KPIs and the measurement 
> Management : recruit, train and manage the team (1 technical lead and 3 developers)
> Report to Microsoft HQ and Microsoft France offices on activity

Results: 
> Relocation successful and opening of 6 other countries based on the Beyrouth business model
> . Autonomous and qualified team
> Websites management costs divided by 2
