• Lead the Shooting Section of the international Training Centre for United Nations Police Mission in Kosovo as a Law Enforcement instructor with full executive authority
• Trained and provided extensive presentations for over 2000 international police officers from 49 nations annually
• Team leader of the Selection Assessment Team (SAT) with the United Nations Department of Peace Keeping Operations (UNDPKO) - worldwide. (Africa, Europe, Middle East, Asia) Assessments included testing and evaluating national police agencies for capability, proficiency, and capacity building with deployment to Sri Lanka
