Mission dans une des plus grandes délégations de services publics d'Europe, cette entreprise a pour mission de produire et acheminer l'eau potable à plus de 150 communes en Ile-de-france. Chargé d'études et projets au sein d'une Direction transverse, j'ai été intégré à une équipe de 11 personnes avec pour mission de mener à bien : 
- la consolidation d'indicateurs de performances à l'échelle de l'entreprise
- le management de projet applicatifs (cadrage, suivi, recette, mise en production avec communication et accompagnement des utilisateurs)
- la gestion de modes opératoires et leurs maintiens en condition opérationnelle
- la poursuite d'études/analyses de données sur des thématiques diverses liées au réseau d'eau potable.

In order to maintain a real-time balance between supply and demand in electricity throughout the country, RTE delivers an unhindered flow of electricity across the grid, second by second.. Thanks to this real-time monitoring, decisions based on physical and economic parameters can be made immediately, always seeking the most advantageous solution and ensuring grid operability.

The market mechanism which are developed makes it possible to use the most competitive energy sources in France and in Europe. This optimal use of resources call for close cooperation with the European counterparts.

These mechanisms support security of supply and economic optimisation of the system, while also facilitating other ways to consume power. The control and design of these mechanisms make RTE accountable for the entire power system and its stakeholders, be they producers, consumers or traders. This expertise is vital for RTE to constantly adapt to a highly evolving environment which is defined by the development of intermittent renewable energy sources, increasingly volatile electricity usage, and the introduction of information and communication technologies.

My mission as a research fellow intern : 
- Modelling and study of the electrical network with R and Ampl languages regarding the use of emergency and exceptionnal leverages for the Transmission System Operator. 
- Analysis and Synthesis for new security of supply criteria, and improvement regarding the current one. 
- Final year internship validated through a master's thesis

Yoobic is a mobile-first productivity solution helping retailers improve in-store execution. Yoobic platform allows companies to gain real-time insights into their in-store operations (visual merchandising, promotions…).

As a project manager, I worked on many projects from first contact with the client through to the operational implementation phase : 

- Managing my own client portfolio; taking part in the launch of new projects and their deployment, with timely and relevant follow ups
- Participating and driving meetings directly with clients
- Identifing the growth opportunities and the new development possibilities for the app, communicating with the programmers to participate in the evolution of the app based on market requirements
- Working closely with the sales team and the dev team
- Understanding the clients’ needs and take part in the evolution of the product roadmap

PricewaterhouseCoopers is the second largest professional services firm in the world, and is one of the Big Four auditors, along with Deloitte, EY and KPMG. 

As a financial auditor, I performed external audit services (financial & IT) within the TSTL (Transactions, Services and Telecoms) business unit.
- Controled the sincerity of financial statements by respecting a methodology based on risks.
- Identified areas requiring improvement in the clients business process.
Main clients : Securitas, Disney, Crown, Albéa.

- Implemented a customer acquisition strategy, identification of  the best acquisition channels (online et offline) and implementation of a commercial activity on these channels (Email marketing, phoning, Google Adwords)

I was integrated in a factory of 3000 people to build aeronautics  engines.

Unpopular opinion : l’entrepreneuriat n’est pas fait pour tout le monde.

Je pense de plus en plus que l’entrepreneuriat a beaucoup trop de hype. Surtout ici.

Il semble accessible à tous, il est mis sur un piedestal. 
Mais il n’est pas fait pour tout le monde.

On a l’impression que c’est :
- la liberté
- la passion
- le sens

D’être comme un artisan passionné. 
Alors que c’est en réalité un double job  : Artisan et chef d’entreprise.

Et cette deuxième casquette, c’est aussi :
- vivre dans l’incertitude
- vivre avec les responsabilités
- une balance vie pro/vie perso médiocre

Beaucoup se lancent dans l’entrepreneuriat car ce sont de bons artisans 
Et quitte l’entrepreneuriat car il leur a manqué les compétences de chefs d’entreprise.

Car le sens n’exclue pas la rentabilité. 
Car la passion n’exclue pas l’équilibre vie pro / vie perso. 
Car la liberté n’exclue pas les responsabilités

Entreprendre, c'est prendre les 2 casquettes. 
Alors si vous le faites, faites-le car les 2 vous font envie.

Il y a une devise qui m'a souvent sauvée dans mon aventure entrepreneuriale et qui nous a permis de trouver nos 500 premières clientes :

"Be able to do what it takes". 

En français, ce pourrait être "S'il le faut, je le ferai"

- sans considération de mes goûts
- sans laisser de place pour les excuses
- dans une posture de test permanent

De l'extérieur, la démarche paraît sacrificielle. 
Qui aurait envie de passer sa vie à faire des efforts sans s'écouter ? 

Pourtant la subtilité est ici.
Car après le sacrifice, vient une phase d'ajustement : 

- adapter la démarche pour prendre plaisir
- mesurer la soutenabilité des résultats
- stabiliser une nouvelle habitude

Ce qui limite souvent nos résultats, c'est qu'on ne fait pas assez confiance au process. Il est inconfortable, alors on le questionne avant d'avoir obtenu de vrais résultats. 

Bilan, on a peur de faire les choses, car on a peur que ces efforts soient éternels. 

Vous voulez vous lancer sur LinkedIn, faites 50 posts avant d'ajuster.
Vous voulez préparer votre premier 10km, faites 15 run avant d'ajuster.
Vous voulez créer une nouvelle offre, parlez avec 20 prospects avant d'ajuster.

Finalement, le pire qui pourrait vous arriver, 
C'est d'être resté sagement à votre place,
En regardant le train passer.
Prenez le train.

Il y a un truc génial avec les finances personnelles. C'est que chaque mois peut-être une nouvelle opportunité. 


Un nouvelle opportunité pour : 
- Budgéter un peu plus
- Epargner un peu plus 
- Investir un peu plus 

12 opportunités par an. 
960 fois l'opportunité de se lancer dans une vie.

Un nouveau mois pour devenir une meilleure version financière de soi-même.
La bonne nouvelle ?

Demain est un nouveau mois. 
Profitons-en.

Ce comportement qui me choque constamment. 
Et que peut-être tu as déjà vu. 

En 2 exemples : 

Etapes d'achat d'une machine à laver à 500€ : 
- consultation des sites (15 min)
- choix des critères importants (15 min)
- comparaison des modèles (30 min)
- revu des avis clients sur internet (30 min)
- débat autour de cet achat en famille (15 min)

Durée totale : 2h environ
Durée de vie de la machine : 5 ans 

Investissement de 10 000€ dans une agence bancaire traditionnelle : 
- faire la connaissance du client - 5 min
- choix du produit d'investissement - 5 min 
- signature du contrat - 20 min 

Durée : 30 min max
Durée de vie de l'investissement : 15 ans 

Le problème ? 
Etre si prudent sur des biens de consommation.
Etre si rapide sur ses investissements.

Ce devrait être l'inverse.

Quand ces investissements sont sur des sommes plus importantes, sur des durées plus longues, est-ce vraiment normal de ne pas pousser davantage ses recherches ? 

Cette question peut paraître absurde, pourtant :  

Quand devient-on plus exigeant avec ses investissements que pour l'achat d'une machine à laver ?
