Helped consumers place orders for our product and created a program to motivate the team to upsell with e-commerce orders. Engaged in conference calls to ensure SAP process was performed correctly and efficiently. Analyzed reports in order to reduce consumer backorders by 100+ orders, identified most common SAP errors, and decreased fraudulent activity resulting in saving the company $20,000 a year.
