Painting/Insulation Supervisor
Job Description:
1.	The Painting and Insulation Supervisor ensures that the Painting and Insulation activities to be performed at site are executed in accordance with the Project drawings, Specifications and good workmanship practice.
2.	Ensures that the activities carried by the Subcontractor are in line with the Project Specifications and schedule.
3.	Ensures that the activities are carried according to the required HSE standards.
4.	Ensures that the complete set of project documents have been handed over to the Subcontractor. 
5.	Ensure that all the necessary testing equipment are available and fit to purpose.
6.	Ensure that all the piping and equipment are ready to be processed (painted and insulated as the case may be) in accordance with the current schedule.
7.	Preparation of the site daily activity log.
8.	Participates in the coordination meetings between the areas of the Plant for the sequence determination.
9.	Monitor the progress of activities and ensures the continuous assessment of the quantities installed.
10.	Ensures the Subcontractor Quality standard achieve the Project requirements.
11.	Monitor the manpower level of the Subcontractor, through periodical audits.
12.	Ensures that the storing and preservation of the paints for the various painting cycles are as per vendor requirements (temperature, humidity and expiry date).

PAINT/INSULATION SUPERVISOR

Job Description:
1.	Monitor and supervised Quality Control activities of QA/QC Inspectors at site.
2.	Review and monitor Microsoft Excel activity report of OA/OC Inspectors prior to submission to Quality Control Head.
3.	Attend department meeting, construction meeting and client meeting.
4.	Act as a decision maker in some critical situation when QA/QC Head is absent so as not to paralyzed production and construction.
5.	Take part in developing ITP and work methodology.
6.	Review ITP, work methodology and procedures.
7.	Issue and sign NCR reports.
8.	Make surveillance on site activities and QA/QC Inspectors performance.
9.	Reporting to QA/QC Head and Project Site Manager.
10.	 Continues coordination with all departments to avoid work conflict and to have a smooth work flow.
11.	Attend safety meeting and strictly observed safety compliance at site.
12.	 Be pro active in all Construction, Quality Control and Safety concern. 
13.	 Check daily housekeeping.
14.	 Evaluate Inspectors performance and submit report to QC Head.
15.	 Coordination with client as the need arises.
16.	Check Insulation and paint materials if it meets the quality standard requirement.
17.	Check materials proper storage.
18.	Check finished product, i.e. applied paint and installed insulation

PAINTING/INSULATION QC SUPERVISOR
