Clément works with #EPAM, a rapidly expanding technology and advisory services company with strong technology expertise and presence around the globe. He is building up EPAM's M&A, Strategy, and PE & VC advisory business in EMEA. Clément assists his clients with strategic assessment (e.g., Generative AI enterprise impact assessment), due diligence (commercial, tech/product, digital, IT, cyber, data, operational), post-close value creation (cost optimization for growth), and execution when technology really matters. Clément’s clients include Tier 1 Investors, Technology Scale-ups as well as corporate clients in High-Tech, Telco, Media, Retail, Manufacturing, and Financial Services which he supports in resetting their technology enabled growth strategy from linear to exponential. Prior to joining EPAM Inc., Clément spent 15+ years in management consulting and transaction advisory. Clément has international experience working with multicultural and diverse teams across Europe, North America, Asia and Africa. Clément is frequent speaker at Private Equity, Venture Capital and Technology Growth and Innovation events. He is publisher of thought leadership pieces in leading journals. He holds a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Aachen.
