As CEO I am primarily responsible for the start-up and growth of Klippa DataNorth AI on an operational, tactical and strategic level on both the personnel and customer side. 

DataNorth is a team of AI experts that enables organizations to leverage the opportunities of Artificial Intelligence. DataNorth is a sister organisation of Klippa, a software scale-up that was founded in 2015 by 6 students. Approximately 85 colleagues are working on building and offering the Klippa SaaS solutions from the offices in Groningen, Amsterdam, Hamburg (Germany) and Brașov (Romania).

As a Sales Manager I was responsible for customer relations and sales, I was continuously looking for the best solution for both my customer and colleagues.

I performed the following activities:
• Create, identify and qualify underlying challenges and/or customer needs and convert these into solutions by use of consultative selling;
• Providing tactical and operational customer information for account planning and account strategy;
• Collection and maintenance of account intelligence;
• Monitoring the quality of delivery on current orders;
• Expanding the solutions at current customers;
• Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with existing and new customers;
• Identifying relevant market- and customer developments/trends and responding effectively to them by means of current, adjusted or new business propositions;

Sales Manager

As Teamlead Business Development at JouwICTvacature.nl - the specialized IT jobsite in the Netherlands - I hands-on managed, guided and trained my own team of 7 Consultants. I was also still active as a intermediator between Java developers and companies. It was my job to help people to find a fun, challenging and appropriate job, at appealing employers.

As Team Lead Business Development I performed the following activities, in addition to the activities described in the previous Consultant functions:
• Guiding team members;
• Hiring new employees;
• Analysis and evaluation of the development and performance of my team;
• Administrative tasks;
• Developing a planning for my team (on tactical & strategic level);
• Involved in the selectionprocess for new work environment and implementation of Salesforce;
• Involved in the rebranding of JouwICTvacature.nl;
• Process optimization.

Teamlead Business Development

As Senior Consultant I performed the following activities, in addition to the activities shown in my previous function:
• Motivating and being a role model for colleagues;
• Conducting internal job interviews and giving advise to the team lead & manager;
• Giving training to colleagues;
• Supervising team meetings;
• Research and analyze daily work of colleagues;
• Approach people for a position at JouwICTvacature as Trainee Consultant.

Senior Consultant

As Consultant I was responsible for the entire recruitment and selection process from A to Z, on behalf of clients/candidates from JouwICTvacature, in particular with regard to 'Java' specialists.

A brief overview of my work as a Consultant:
• Business development/acquisition of new customers;
• Identifying and analyzing customer needs in the IT field;
• Building and maintaining a network;
• Building and maintaining customer relations;
• Translating business requirements into real recruitment steps;
• Coordinate and plan the recruitment steps;
• Pro actively finding, approaching and moving professionals;
• Guiding and advising professionals within each phase of the recruitment process;
• Asking and giving feedback about job interviews;
• Providing substantive advice on the follow-up steps to be taken after job interviews;
• Contract negotiations;
• Carry out reference checks;
• Administrative tasks.

JouwICTvacature.nl is the jobsite where the IT specialist is the center of attention. Thanks to our professional knowledge, we know what is going on in the market. Because we pay special attention to each ICT specialism, an IT specialist can find very specific vacancies in his/her field very easily. This way we are able to link the right specialist to the right employer, which we do time after time. Candidate happy, employer happy, we happy!

Trainee Business Consultant

Hificorner.nl

Hificorner.nl was an Audio- and Videospecialist on the online market in the Benelux. At Hi-Fi Corner I was Category Manager of the 'New Media' product group, which includes the following products: Headphones, Streaming Audio, Bluetooth Speakers & Action Cameras.

The following activities were part of my daily tasks: 
• Selling Hi-Fi and New Media products
• Purchasing of New Media producten;
• Managing the Sales and Customer Service team;
• Create teamplanning;
• Selecting and maintaining the product range;
• Establish and maintain contact with suppliers;

Mechanization Company Ltd / MECOM

I completed my graduation project at MECOM Ltd. (Port Louis, Mauritius), they requested me to carry out a research at the company. MECOM Ltd. is a mechanization company with various products and services in various fields, such as: agriculture, road construction and residential construction.

A brief overview of my work as a (Business) Analyzer:
• Analyzing the current business model and suggesting improvements;
• Market analysis;
• Selecting potentially new productgroups and products;
• Compiling and presenting a new business model to MT;
