Whether it's providing information about our programs or addressing any concerns, I take pride in delivering exceptional customer service at every interaction.

One of the most exciting aspects of my role is reaching out to potential clients. I love the thrill of researching and identifying new opportunities for collaboration and connecting with educators and institutions worldwide to explore partnerships that align with our vision and mission.

When it comes to our online presence, I wear multiple hats as the social media manager. From crafting engaging content to designing visually appealing posts and writing captivating captions, I enjoy every aspect of creating a compelling narrative that resonates with our audience. And seeing our follower count grow from less than 100 to an impressive 1000 is truly rewarding—it's a testament to the impact of our digital engagement efforts.

In essence, my role isn't just about managing emails or handling social media—it's about building relationships, driving growth, and making a tangible difference in the realm of international education. And I'm honored to play a part in shaping the future of VJGC Limited on a global scale.

As the Social Media Expert at the Institute of Entrepreneurial Leadership, I play a pivotal role in empowering small business owners to leverage the power of social media to grow their ventures.

First and foremost, I serve as a guide and mentor, helping entrepreneurs navigate the complex world of social media platforms. Whether it's setting up their accounts, optimizing profiles, or understanding the nuances of each platform, I'm there every step of the way to provide personalized support tailored to their specific needs and goals.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is educating business owners on the importance of strategic planning. I work closely with them to develop comprehensive content calendars spanning three months, ensuring that every post is strategically aligned with their brand identity and objectives. From brainstorming ideas to scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics, I equip them with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in the competitive digital landscape.

But it doesn't stop there—my role extends beyond just teaching the basics of social media. I strive to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, keeping entrepreneurs updated on the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Whether it's hosting workshops, providing resources, or offering one-on-one coaching sessions, I'm dedicated to empowering them with the skills and confidence to thrive in the ever-evolving social media landscape.

At the end of the day, my role isn't just about teaching small business owners how to use social media—it's about arming them with the knowledge and tools they need to build meaningful connections, drive engagement, and ultimately, achieve their entrepreneurial dreams. As the Graphics Designer at Ask the Paediatricians, I hold a pivotal role in visually shaping the brand's online presence and offline events, ensuring that every design reflects our mission of providing trusted pediatric advice and support.

My day-to-day involves diving into the creative process, where I channel my passion for design into crafting captivating visuals for social media platforms and upcoming events.  health information or designing promotional materials for workshops and seminars.  

Collaboration is at the heart of my role—I work closely with the content team to understand the key messages and objectives behind each piece of content, ensuring that my designs not only capture attention but also effectively communicate the intended message. From brainstorming concepts to refining drafts based on feedback, I thrive on the collaborative nature of our work, knowing that each design plays a crucial role in enhancing our brand's visibility and impact.

But it's not just about creating visually appealing graphics—it's about storytelling. I strive to infuse each design with personality and authenticity, capturing the essence of Ask the Paediatricians and creating a connection with our audience on a deeper level. Whether it's through vibrant colors, playful illustrations, or thought-provoking imagery, I aim to evoke emotions and spark conversations that resonate with parents and caregivers around the world.

Ever wondered how a childhood dream of becoming a pediatrician can metamorphose into a passion for sparking scientific curiosity in future generations? That's my story!  

My background in biochemistry (graduating with second-class upper honours, no less!) instilled a love for science, but it was the classroom that truly ignited my fire.

As a certified teacher, I'm not just about facts and figures – I'm about fostering creativity and a love of learning in my students.  My innovative teaching methods have a proven track record of boosting achievement, and I'm constantly developing engaging curriculums to keep young minds curious.

But my passion for inspiring young minds extends beyond the classroom walls.  I volunteer with Ask The Paediatricians Foundation, a prestigious global organisation, developing health education materials for their massive online community.  This experience, coupled with my love for visual communication, led me to become a graphic designer.  Canva, Photoshop, and Figma are my tools of choice for creating impactful visuals that not only educate but also engage.

My journey doesn't stop there!  Social media management became another skill I honed while volunteering with the Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership.
