Taught my last class this year with extreme technical difficulties and distress.  Technology continues to thwart me at every turn.  

The home office is a mess as I continue to move things from the corporate office.  

Next year’s teaching schedule looks light so far, which will enable me to concentrate on consulting and speaking.  But things change very quickly.  Who knows?

The main reason why - most of them aren't interested in solutions.

They are interested in gossip.

Also, not inspired about building others up or giving credit.

Rarely concerned about other people's wants and needs.

Most importantly they play too many games where they are simply trying to rig it for a win with their name attached.

Find the good people.

They are out there.

I promise.

So when you run into complainers - run away.

He was not a complainer. Oh, and this was at about 6:30 in the morning.
