I always thought my destiny was on a Corporate World climbing corporate ladder as a Human Resource strategist, helping organizations meet their strategic goals by identifying, developing, managing and administering appropriate HR strategies, policies and systems to ensure effective staff management. It seemed like an appropriate dream given my MBA in Human Resources, I even went on to become one of sought after HR professional back then. Little did I know I was destined for greater good, still Human Resources but way above my wildest dreams. As a mother there is a certain pride and disbelief you get looking at your children grow and prosper, this is the kind of fulfillment that I get on daily basis as a Director of Rightway Nursery and Primary school. What not to like about this opportunity? To teach, coach and mentor over 900 students and 90 employees on daily basis for over 10 years. The Children get the chance to learn and grow using the Tanzanian curriculum, but also an opportunity to have holistic development through the Social, Finance, Entrepreneurship and Environmental Education that we offer at Rightway schools together with Abacus Mental mathematics, STEM and Books and Beyond programme. For us, the 10 years they spend with us are enough to create a strong foundation for their future both as individuals and as leaders no matter what happens long after they have left us. My experience in the Banking Sector and Multinational organizations plays a significant role on how I uniquely run Rightway Schools. I train and coach my teachers to always have a continuous learning culture. The school went on to win the Best Education company of the Year Award for year 2021 and 2022 consecutively. I am passionate about People Development, Service to Humanity, Beautifying surfaces and Business Development and Advancement. I thrive in transformational opportunities, women and youth empowerment and continuous LEARNING environment. When I am not managing the school or inspiring young women or youth, I am pampering myself, watching romantic and investigative movies, listening to country and soulful music on deezer, reading business and self-development books, hanging out with my family and friends at Oasis Village Club or taking an adventure at Magoroto forest and sipping dry white wine.
