-Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, engineers, design peers, client success managers, to align on product vision, requirements, and constraints.
-Combine user research with business requirements to produce thoughtful, intuitive solutions for user personas when interacting with our products.
-Create and apply research and testing strategies to gather information, needs, industry knowledge, and identify areas for improvement for our users.
-Write scripts for user discovery sessions to learn about their industry, observe their current workflow, and uncover pain points that we can solve with our product.
-Write scripts and conduct user testing sessions to validate early design concepts and incorporate feedback to continue iteration.
-Summarize, evaluate, and interpret collected data from user research to create actionable items to improve the product.
-Monitor session replay and feedback collection tools such as Pendo and Datadog to draw valuable insights and opportunities for product enhancements from real user behavior.
-Create and iterate on design artifacts such as user flows, information architecture diagrams, sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity, development-ready mockups.
-Write scripts and conduct user testing sessions to validate early design concepts and incorporate feedback to continue iteration.
-Regularly seek feedback from stakeholders to stay aligned on design quality standards, user needs, and business goals.
-Communicate desired functionality and outcome with developers by showcasing designs and collaborating both before and during the development process.
-Incorporate design thinking and processes into Agile methodology.
-Contribute to cross-organization design system to uphold design standards between products, and collaborate with other designers to ensure consistency and quality across all platforms.

As a Marketing Manager, I was responsible for creating organic and paid social content on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for clients including Mainsail Lodging & Development, Purity Organic, and Sweet Leaf Tea, and formerly House of Blues Entertainment and Live Nation.  

•Produced marketing posts on all social channels using best practices and proven social media strategy.
•Maintained all paid social media campaigns, sweepstakes, and editorial calendars.

As a marketing coordinator for a national concert promotion company, I was responsible for creating marketing plans for shows to create awareness and drive ticket sales.

•Developed and executed marketing plans, including purchasing media and maintaining budgets of up to $100k.
•Communicated with artist managers, talent agents, venue marketers, and publicists.
•Supervised team of marketing interns.
